Refinancing Facility For Modernization For SMEs
This scheme is mainly to provide financial support to selected SME sectors. The borrower is disbursed funds under this scheme to purchase new imported / local plant & machinery for Balancing, Modernization and Replacement (BMR) of existing units / projects or setting up of new units. In addition, financing for import / local purchase of new generators up to a maximum capacity of 500 KVA is also eligible under the scheme.

Long Term Financing Facility for Plant & Machinery(LTFF)
Financing is available to the export oriented projects only having annual exports equivalent to US$ 5 million or 50% of sales, whichever is lower.
Financing is also available to new projects on the basis of projected exports. New projects are required to meet the minimum export target of LTFF (annual export equivalent to US$ 5 million or 50% of sales, whichever is lower) on staggered basis in four years.

Financing Facility for Storage of Agricultural Produce(FFSAP)
For establishment /expansion/BMR of Silos, warehouses & cold Storages facilities for storing agricultural produce, purchase of new generators for meeting in-house energy requirements of Silos /Warehouses/Cold Storages.
All SMEs are eligible at markup rate of 6% or as per latest SBP directives up to 7 years depending on feasibility of Project.

It is a scheme to motivate lenders to lend to borrowers which would not have access to formal credit under normal circumstances like micro & small enterprises and farmers with economic landholding

Markup Subsidy & Guarantee Facility for the Rice Husking Mills in Sindh:
This Facility is provided to banks against lending to SMEs for modernization of their units for the tenure of 3, 5 & 10 years respectively. Under the proposed facility, the end user rate will be 2.75%.
