State Bank of Pakistan’s PRI Survey:
In order to divert remittances towards formal banking channels, PRI has developed a questionnaire along with State Bank of Pakistan to conduct a survey of home remittance customers to identify the factors responsible for usage of Hawala and difficulties encountered by customers in receiving remittances through formal channels.
